What data we process

Server logs. When you visit, our server briefly processes technical data (requested page, time, browser/OS, referrer). Your IP address is only ever stored one-way hashed, solely to prevent spam and duplicate submissions — the original IP cannot be recovered.

Experience submissions. If you report how long something took, we store what you enter (duration, optional region, optional note). Please do not put personal data in the free-text note.

Analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. It records aggregate visit statistics without cookies and without cross-site tracking; no personal profiles are created.

Purpose & legal basis

To operate the site, show aggregate waiting-time estimates and keep the service secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

Retention & sharing

Hashed log data is kept only as long as needed for security; approved submissions are kept to compute estimates. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and you may object and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact: e-mail.

If we later add cookie-based analytics or advertising, we will request your consent via a cookie banner before any such cookies are set.
